Gilles Tremblay will appear as a guest of the Grande Bibliothèque’s Club d’Écoute. On the programme: an interview with the composer followed by a performance of one of his works. This is the opening “Tremblay” event in a season that will have him heard at almost every venue in town.

The Grande Bibliothèque’s Club d’Écoute allows music lovers to discover a range of musicians and musical genres.

Programme

Composing in the Present!

The SMCQ has been moving in step with the lively rhythms of new music for over forty-five years. With its regular concert season, its Série hommage (Homage Series), an international festival, and a young listener’s programme, the society has served both as a platform for today’s composers and as a window on creative works for everyone.
