On Tuesday, April 17th Christine St-Pierre, Minister of Culture, Communications and the Status of Women made a statement paying tribute to composer Ana Sokolović. This was followed by a press conference, where speeches, video testimonials plus a performance enhanced an already spectacular day. How very moving it was to see Ana, surrounded by her family, speaking of her gratitude to the Quebec society for its support in the development of her music.
