Performer (soprano)
Marie-Élène Lamoureux studied violin with Clemens Merkel and obtained her Bachelor in Music from the Concordia University. During her studies she discovered her passion for classical singing. She perfected her voice with Christiane Riel; Lyne Fortin and Marianne Lambert to name a few. Most of all, she loves to sing together. She is a soprano in two choirs: the Contrevoix Choir led by Marc-Olivier Lacroix and the Chœur de chambre du Québec led by Robert Ingari. In between concerts and tutoring, Marie-Élène works in marketing, another field that she is passionate about.
