Le téléphone bien tempéré by Johann Sebastian Bach, Walter Boudreau, Yves Daoust.
The Société de musique contemporaine du Québec cordially invites you to its upcoming May 23rd Benefit: Apportez votre cellulaire. You will have the unique opportunity to use it in a participatory performance of Le téléphone bien tempéré, directed by Walter Boudreau.
Le téléphone bien tempéré is a work inspired by J. S. Bach’s Well-Tempered Clavier, with cell phone ring tones integrated into the music. Get involved with this monumental work, featuring the majestic tones of the organ, harpsichord and wind quintet. After leaving the stage, join Walter Boudreau for a cocktail reception celebrating his 25 years as head of the SMCQ!
Another recreational and participatory activity awaits you at the beginning of the evening: using the Musicolateur you can compose a collective creation in workshop format. An evening highlighting innovation and discovering the joys of performance and creativity!
