The SMCQ is very pleased to greet Mr. Sylvain Leith as president and Mr. Sylvain Chartier as new member on its Board, both unanimously elected during the general annual assembly last night. The SMCQ would like to warmly thank its outgoing president, Ms. Francine Décary, administrator since 1997 and president since 2005, who will continue her remarkable involvement with the SMCQ as vice-president this year.
